Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times and Rates (United States) We currently offer the following shipping options for orders shipping to the United States:

  • Free Shipping — available on all orders across our full product range, estimated delivery in 7-15 business days after processing.
  • Economy Shipping — $5.99–$10.99 USD, estimated delivery in 7-15 business days after processing.

Please note: because our products are sourced and shipped from overseas fulfillment partners, delivery times may occasionally be longer than estimated due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high order volume. These estimates do not include our 1-3 business day processing time.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's progress.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international shipments outside the country of origin, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once the package reaches your country. INAYZ is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at inayz1418@gmail.com with your order number so we can look into it and assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses Please double check your shipping address at checkout. INAYZ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
